Notary & Convenience Fee 2024

This fee is required for each artist in your booth that has not tattooed in Mississippi before and attached a Verification Application for Provisional License form upon submitting for an Artist Booth.
$5 fee is for the notarization and the additional $5 is automatically added as a convenience fee.
